Upon approval by the owners, one pet is allowed.  Pet is required to be on leash at all times when outside and on complex grounds, per Home Owner’s Association rules.  This deposit will be refunded promptly, pending no fines issued for violation of pet leash rules, and no pet damage to unit.  Pets may not be left alone in the condo at any time.

Checkout time is 10 AM, unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.  We ask that you load the dishwasher, turn the thermostat to 50 degrees (during the winter) and empty the trash at checkout.  Do not turn thermostat off, as this will cause pipes to freeze.

Secure WiFi is provided.  Information including password is provided in unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you should need including items such as coffeemaker and grinder; crock pot; blender; toaster.  A large assortment of pots and pans, flatware, kitchen utensils, and casserole dishes are supplied.  Paper towels, dish soap & kitchen towel are provided.

The master bedroom has a king bed.  The second bedroom has a queen bed.  The loft has two twin beds and a futon that converts to a full bed.

Both linens and towels are provided.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces in front of unit.   Additional parking is available when space permits, but must be coordinated through the onsite office.  Campers and trailers are size restricted and require owners’ approval.

Barbecues are provided and are located outside the pool area from spring to fall, or as weather permits.

Keys are picked up MeadowRidge Office just inside the complex. Office hours are 8 AM – 5 PM.   If planning on arriving after 5 PM, guest will be responsible for contacting the Office Manager (760-934-3808) to arrange to obtain key from a lock box, located outside the office.  Failure to coordinate late arrival with office will result in no access to unit until office opens the following day.  Unit key also provides access to the pool and spa area.
